Q: How many people can occupy the room ?
A: Max occupancy is 2 people.
Q: Can I add an air bed in the rooms?
A: No additional mattresses can be added to our rooms.
Q: Do you offer flexible check-in / check-out times?
A: Normal check-out is 12 noon but we try to meet all our guest requirements. Our flexible check-in/ check-out times are subject to availability.
Q: Do you allow pets in the hotel?
A: Our property does not allow any pets.
Q: Do you have baby cots and what is the cost?
A: We do have baby cots available and are subject to availability upon check-in.
Q: What time do you serve breakfast?
A: Breakfast is served between 7:30 -10.30 am on weekdays and 7:30 -11 am on weekends.
Q: Do you provide detergents in the self-laundry room?
A: Yes, the detergents are free of charge and the laundry room may be used 24/7.
Q: What is the room size? Do you have a kitchenette and living room area available?
A: The rooms are 150-190 sq ft and do not include kitchenette or living rooms.

Q: How far is it to the MTR station?
A: It is a 5 -10 min walk to Sheung Wan MTR station and 15min to Hong Kong station as well as Airport Express.
Q: Are there any bars and restaurant in the neighborhood?
A: The hotel is located in Sheung Wan within close proximity of many restaurants and bars. Ask our team for any recommendations!
Q: How does payment work?
A: We accept credit cards (VISA, Master, Amex, Union Pay), cash and bank transfer. For non-refundable bookings, we require payment in advance. We will charge the given credit card for the full rental once the booking is made. For the regular booking, we will hold the given credit card for 1 night rental as guarantee. The room rental and deposit will be required upon check in.
Q: What if I wish to pay by cash?

Q: What if I don’t have credit card, how can I make the booking?
A: If you are in HK, come to the hotel reception directly to make the booking and settle your room rental in person. If you are overseas, credit card details are required. It can be either your own or a 3rd party credit card. Filing our credit card authorization form is required. We can hold the amount (not yet charged), for you to consider settling the rental by overseas wire transfer. After payment is received, we can release the credit card amount back to the given credit card.
Q: Can I shorten my stay after check in?
A: For non-refundable bookings, we reserve the right to charge the full amount in the event a guest checks out early. We are unable to refund the remaining room rental. For the regular booking, guest can advise hotel by giving 48 hours in advance notice prior HK time 12 noon to shorten the stay. For example, guest booked from 1st Dec – 10th Dec (check out). Guest informed hotel on 2nd Dec. Applying the 48 hours, we will charge the penalty on 2nd & 3rd Dec which mean guest needs to pay 2nd & 3rd Dec rental as penalty.
Q: Can I use my friend’s credit card to make the booking?
A: Yes, you can use a 3rd party’s credit card for rental payment. The credit cardholder is required to fill our Credit Card Authorization Form and send scanned copies of the credit card front and back side to hotel in order to authorize the charge to the given credit card.
Q: Can I book the room for special event e.g Wedding / birthday party / photo shoot?
A: Yes. Guests are required to contact hotel directly regarding the special activities and arrangement. Kindly be advised extra charges may apply.
